wahlee: (Moral Virtue?)
Regarding this and various responses to it found here.

Please, [livejournal.com profile] vanceone, stop bringing your religion into this. It makes us sane Mormons look bad.

For the record, every Mormon I've ever talked to on the subject (including me, my immediate family, my grandparents, several aunts and uncles, my bishop and his first counselor and both their wives, and about a dozen people on my LJ flist) thinks Harry/Ginny was no more nor less than innocent and adorable. In fact, the only Mormons I've ever seen that feel differently are. . . you and [livejournal.com profile] innermurk. Hmm. Wonder what that means?

There's nothing wrong with old-fashioned morality. There is something wrong with blaming your own idiocy on morality.

There's a difference between morals and reading interpretation skills. I can't say anything definite about your grasp of the former, but you need quite a bit of work on the latter.

It makes me wonder how you interpret scripture.

Wahlee, card-carryin'-Quadruple-combination-thumpin'-Gospel-Doctrine-teachin'-Mormon, and proud H/G shipper
