wahlee: (Go me!)
Hey all,

I've been head down in my thesis the last few weeks, and still have a ways to go. . . so if you don't hear from me, that's what I'm doing. :)

In the midst of the thesis-ing, I did manage (by request of [livejournal.com profile] susy_gwen) to FINALLY upload all of my [livejournal.com profile] wahleecon pictures. I don't have many, as I was mostly busy running around like a chicken with my head cut off that weekend, but there are a few. You can see them here.

Also, Issue 9 of Scribbulus has now been released! This is a special editor's issue, in which 6 of the 10 essays were written by us Scribby editors. So head on over to see [livejournal.com profile] angua9's thoughts on how JKR is influencing her readership, [livejournal.com profile] connielane's take on why HP fans would like Veronica Mars, and many more!

Oh, and if you have time, you might be interested in my own essay, which is pretty much exactly the same as the paper I presented at Lumos. So if you were curious as to what I said in it, there you are! I was hoping to get it published last month, but we decided to hold off on it once we realized that this editor's issue was going to happen.

So go! Read! Comment!

Not that I desperately want reviews or anything like that. ;)
